Dragging the brakes do not release the pressure on the hydraulic lines?

I recently had my 1984 Honda Magna, except for some work. In the way things were, I also found hanging around the front brakes. In the test riding the front brakes locked up completely. Applying pressure brake lever seems to be based on the rows and not broadcast. After one of his few squez lot of pressure suggests that the brake lever no longer work. I had two stirrups professional cleaning and the problem persists.

If the pressure rises in the lines, NOT the compass. Separate and clean your master cylinder. The valve is stuck inside. Wash the system and replace the fluid again. Even if you've already done. Shit hits the teacher may be loose and cause the problem again. BTW, pipe is recommended that changed when they become ten years. You may want to do at that time. It will be easier to know that it is very clean inside.
